Having arrived on the Costa del Sol in 2002, Philip Nott encountered many frustrations when it came to the buying and selling of Spanish property for foreigners. With the hard and fast purchasing of property along the Costa del Sol, Philip found that there was little attention given to clients after the sale had been agreed, and found it difficult to understand how things work in Spain, in order to rectify teething problems. With the arrival of Philips son, Aaron Nott in 2003, the idea for P.S.I – Properties, Surveys and Inspections was born.

Within the company, we have over 40 years of experience in the Construction and Project Management industry, qualified in the U.K and a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (C.I.O.B); we have completed projects on the Costa del Sol, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, UK and Europe. We also run, in conjunction, with the Project Management department, Studio 5b Architects and Designers, which is a Spanish registered, English speaking Architects practice, whereby we have completed projects all along the Costa del Sol and Gibraltar.




Due to client demand and our involvement in the management and design of villas on the Costa del Sol, we also offer a wide selection of plots available, at varying prices and locations. With plots ranging from just over a hundred thousands euros, and climbing into the millions, we have plots that can cater to any individuals needs.




With our knowledge of the construction industry in Andalucia we have also offered additional services to foreign clients who have bought property along the Costa del Sol, to have the opportunity for the properties to be surveyed or snagged by a qualified professional who is independent of the builder and promoters. Since 2003, P.S.I has inspected over 460 properties along the coast and at the same time liaised with lawyers, promoters and builders in order to get the property to an acceptable standard, before the new owners moving in.
